The current political situation in south Sudan require detective scrutiny because we need to differentiated between empty political rhetoric from unscrupulous politician pitching to service their self interest or those of their cronies rather then putting national interest before one self.
First let me begin with the definition of leadership is, influencing people, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation, while operating to accomplish the mission and improve the organization. Influencing means getting people to do what you want them to do. It is means or method to achieve two ends. Operating and improving but there’s more to influencing than simply giving orders.
