The International community toothless threat or feet dragging in getting anything done speedy or the lack of detecting the loom disastrous situation which was bounce to unfold is a part to blame. So many analysts even the ordinary citizens had long saw the writing on the wall of situation most had been screaming so loud but to availed no one hints to their concerns. Until it was too late to reverse the trend; hence to so many people surprise was with the unexpected betrayal u turn by the entire international communities on democratic principle they always harp on in any public gathering but at the very hours of needed throw their support on dictator. Unequivocally stating that they will not allow nor endorse an overthrow of democratically elected government by force this statement speak volume its embolden the regime beyond reasonable doubted. Impeding any room for dialogue let lone trying to find solution to already deteriorated humanitarian situation on the grounds.

This is the same policy he is trying to import into South Sudan. In 2011 when I had the privilege of visiting South Sudan I had the opportunity to witness flag hoisting on July 9, 2011. I was so proud as a citizens of this nascent state it has been long time coming recalling all the massive sacrifice paid by our martyr. The day before flag hoisting Museveni came to Juba a day early before other head of states arrival for celebration but the biggest shock was he came on convoy from Uganda to Juba via Gulu-Juba road. I being a faithful citizens of that country I protest to my friend telling him that its out of international norm for another head of state to convoy to another sovereign state even with or without prior notice they must flight in. however my friend reply dude Museveni had been doing this on numerous occasions. he act as if he is the de facto head of state in South Sudan. upon hearing and seeing all this I was dishearten about what is or was about to befall us in South Sudan. The Uganda dictator Museveni has been a thorn in east Africa and the greater lake region sponsoring terrorism the like of M23 composites of fragmented rebellious armed groups waging protracted war against Congolese central government. These armed groups have create so much wreak havoc in eastern Congo Kivu province employing sexual violence as a weapon, starvation and disease were rampant. These arm element are manage and armed by both Uganda and Rwanda with the intent of protecting the right of Tutsi minorities and securing their national interest. Congo mineral rich country in the world is absolutely reduce to nothing. Its citizen suffer from abject poverty, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) and sexual violence while the thugs roam the street and lush hill of Kivu robbing this rich nation of its infinite resource Gold, diamond, Charcoal as a mean to finance their murderous rampant. Museveni is no dumb he is a smart tactician facing Lord Resistance Army( LRA) lead by Joseph Kony for the 20 years armed rebellion to bring about justice to Northern region of Gulu which Uganda People Defense Force(UPDF) have wreak havoc under the instruction of dictator Yoweri Museveni demonizing the LRA as a terrorist groups while the UPDF were the one carrying out atrocities. What the outsider do not know is Museveni instigate most the atrocities in Northern Uganda for the seek of soliciting international aids to advance his lunatic ideology of trying to impost himself as a key player in region. He orchestrated the ascension of the current Rwanda government from a rebel movement to what its today a viable functioning government. Rwanda president Paul Kagame use to be his lieutenant.

The media house machine like Chimreports, Gurtong and Radio Tamazuj deem upon themselves to pump out misleading information portraying government side of the story. On the other hand Upper Nile Times and South Sudan News Agency adjure on trying to stride the right balance of trying to convey the reality on the ground to outside world.

They always do not have a grabs on historical fact of situation let alone the cultural aspect most if any are usually there to secure their national interest. Africa infinite resource has been plunder every since the scramble for Africa up to date. South Sudan has been at war every since it inception from a non state actor then now to recognizable states in the world communities. Its citizen has been yearning for peace and stability; but this dreams is still elusive to grabs. The people of south Sudan have been and have gone through so much during the liberation armed struggle no one among it sons and daughters should every forget the enormous sacrifice paid both in blood and materials by the inhabitants of this land.
